Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-10-04 · Effective 4 October 2026

The short version

  • We apply to jobs on your behalf. When you swipe right, we submit an application in your name, using your details, to that employer.
  • We store your resume and profile, and use them to match jobs, tailor your resume per posting, and fill in employer application forms.
  • Tailoring rewrites what is already on your resume — it never invents experience. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us.
  • Applications go to third-party employer sites, which have their own terms. We can't control whether an employer responds.
  • No job, interview, or response is guaranteed.
  • New accounts get a free trial of five applications. After that you need a subscription or tokens to keep applying; nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

1What this service does

We find job postings that match the search profile you set up, and — when you choose to apply — prepare and submit applications to those employers on your behalf. Submissions are made in your name and with the details you provide. You control what we apply to, through the jobs you swipe on and the settings on your profile, including the auto-apply level that decides how much is sent automatically versus held for your review.

2Your authorization

By accepting these terms and using the service, you authorize us to submit job applications on your behalf to employers you select, to create and send resumes and cover letters tailored to those postings, and to complete employer application forms using information from your profile. You can withdraw this authorization at any time by setting auto-apply to review-only, or by asking us to close your account. Withdrawing it does not recall applications already sent.

3Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to work in the locations you apply to. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything in your profile, including your work authorization, experience, qualifications and contact details, and for keeping your account credentials secure. One person, one account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4Your content and the licence you give us

Your resume and profile remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, adapt and transmit them for the purpose of operating the service: matching you to jobs, tailoring application materials, filling in employer forms, and submitting applications you have asked for. The licence lasts while your account is open and ends when your data is deleted. We do not sell your personal information.

5AI-generated materials, and your responsibility for them

Tailored resumes and cover letters are generated automatically from the resume you upload. The system rewrites and reorders your existing experience toward a specific posting; it is built not to add experience, employers, or credentials you did not provide, and falls back to your original resume when a tailored draft cannot be verified against it. Automated systems are not perfect. Everything submitted under your name remains your representation to that employer, and you are responsible for its accuracy. If that matters to you for a given application, lower your auto-apply level and review before it is sent.

6Acceptable use

Do not use the service to submit false or misleading information, to apply on behalf of someone else, to harass employers, or in any way that breaks the law or an employer's own terms. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, resell or share access, scrape the service, reverse-engineer it, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.

7Third-party employers and services

Applications are delivered to employer career sites and applicant tracking systems operated by others, and the service relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, authentication and AI processing. Those parties have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or how they handle your application or data. Some employer forms require a sign-in, a CAPTCHA, or answers we cannot supply; those applications are handed back to you to finish.

8Plans, billing, and limits

Paid access is either a recurring subscription or a prepaid credit balance, depending on the product you signed up for, and is described at checkout. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless we say otherwise, and you are responsible for any taxes that apply. Every account has a daily cap on applications, which resets daily. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not retroactively refund the current period. Refunds and credit adjustments are reviewed individually by a person — contact support to request one. Free trial: a new account may receive a limited free trial — currently up to five (5) free applications, chosen from a set of up to fifteen (15) jobs matched to your profile. The trial ends when you have used the free applications or have decided on every job in that set (by applying or skipping), whichever comes first; an application that fails, or that you decline before it is sent, does not count towards the five. Free applications follow these terms and the daily cap like any other. When the trial ends, a paid plan or tokens are needed to apply and to keep receiving matches; we do not ask for payment details to start the trial and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. The trial is for one person: we may decline or withdraw it where we reasonably believe more than one account was made to obtain more than one trial, and may compare your email address and resume with those of other trial accounts to check. We may change or end the free trial for new accounts at any time.

9Your data and deleting it

We keep your profile, resume, and application history while your account is open, because the service cannot work without them. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time through support; deletion requests are handled by a person and confirmed to you. We may retain what we are required to keep for legal, tax, security or dispute-resolution purposes, and retain anonymised or aggregated data that does not identify you. Applications already submitted to employers cannot be recalled by us — those are held by the employer.

10No guarantee of outcome

We help you apply. We do not promise interviews, responses, offers, or employment of any kind, and we are not an employment agency, recruiter, career counsellor, or your legal or immigration adviser. We do not control employers' hiring decisions, their response times, whether a posting is still genuinely open, or whether a posting is accurate.

11Service provided “as is”

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that matches will be suitable, or that every application will be delivered successfully. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost or missed job offers, reputational harm, or lost or corrupted data, however caused. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty units of the currency you were billed in. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from information you provided that was false or misleading, your breach of these terms or of applicable law, your infringement of someone else's rights, or a dispute between you and an employer. We will notify you of any such claim and you may participate in its defence.

14Changes to the service

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, and may impose or adjust limits, in order to operate and improve the service. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will give reasonable notice and, where required, a pro-rated refund of the unused portion.

15Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask support to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or unlawfully, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or where required by law — and where practical we will tell you why. We may also close accounts if we stop offering the service, with notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so, including licences you granted for material already used, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity.

16Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of [VENUE] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief wherever appropriate. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence. Before filing anything, please contact support — most issues are resolved faster that way.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change is material, you will be asked to review and accept the updated version the next time you use the service, and we keep a record of which version you accepted and when. If you do not accept, you may stop using the service and ask us to close your account. Continuing to use the service after accepting means the updated terms apply.

18General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that provision is applied as far as it lawfully can be. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of the business. These terms, together with anything referenced in them, are the entire agreement between us about the service. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship beyond the authorization described in section 2.
